JAX Family Care is a true Primary Care clinic. Our focus is on providing great healthcare to you, our patient, and establishing a healthy patient and doctor relationship. At JAX Family Care we work with all specialists in Jacksonville to provide you with the best services for your individual needs without being attached to a particular healthcare system. We can treat anything from allergies, diabetes, and hypertension to motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. As your primary care providers, we can also do small surgical procedures, and basic joint injections. This allows for quicker access to care and lower out of pocket expenses. We also provide our services to patients without health insurance.
